Users can build detailed trip itineraries using integrated map services, adding waypoints, routes, and destination details. The app features a social network where users can share trip content, follow other travellers, react to and comment on posts, and clone shared trips into their own planner. Users can also create public Travel Guides — each with a name, description, cover image, and a set of locations — which, unlike private trips, are visible to and can be liked by any user with a Nakavo account. Users create accounts using email-based authentication with one-time passcodes, and can personalise their profiles with display names, photos, and other personal details. Nakavo offers both free and subscription-based access tiers. The app does not use tracking cookies or serve advertisements to users.
